Our family-run restaurant embodies a great passion for quality catering, born from the experience of Mauro Monaci, who, from a very young age, learned his love for cooking directly from his family. While his parents were busy working in the fields, Mauro helped his grandparents with the housework, so as to learn the rudiments and secrets of the culinary art. It is precisely from the family farm that most of the strictly zero-mile raw materials used in our preparations come, whose unmistakable flavour has contributed to our success among both local customers and tourists and foreigners.
